We follow up the time as per our Main Production Hours + Transit Time + An Estimation for the Product Arrival at your doorstep.
Usually all these takes between 4-5 Business Days. Due to changes in weather or other transit hurdles, we might not be able to deliver the goodies on time at the expected delivery date but this happens quite less. If any such misshapen occurs, we prefer to bring on this clear opaque information to our customers.

Yes, we do provide you with a customizable product items with your custom message. However, we do not provide the following custom work:
- Creating artwork based on your custom message.
- Adding names or signature of your intended personals on the artwork.
- Modifying the art based on your liking.
You can expect your custom message for the following method:
- Gift wrapping on a specific occasional gift with a name on a card of 1Inchx1Inch.
- Choosing frame color based on our available stocks which is Black, White and Chestnut.

For the customers residing outside India, their billing currency will be converted to that specific Currency for which the transactions are processed in US Dollars.
In case of international orders, your financial institution will process a currency conversion after your transaction goes through.
